The BIANCO NXT iPROTECT is a module designed to control and protect a single. Users select a control sequence to suit their application, superior pump control and protection.

Equipped with a 16uF capacitor the NXT IPROTECT1-22 functions as a starter box while providing control and protection for single-phase ‘3 wire’ PSC bore pump motors The controller is prewired, and the casing includes internal space and bracket for installing the start within the enclosureThere are three primary control logic modes but the two modes most relevant to bore applications are:

• ‘Boosting,’ utilizes switching for control.

• ‘Transfer,’ which combines source and destination control.

By digitally monitoring the running current, the BiANCO NXT IPROTECT offers faster response times compared to traditional analogue overload methods. Built-in run/stop timers make it an ideal solution managing low-yieldingres.

PROTECTION FUNCTIONS

Alarm parameters are, and in some cases, trip and recovery settings can be adjusted. Key protection functions include:

• Over voltage

• Under voltage

• Dry Rununder current)

• Overload (over current)

• Pump stall

• Phase reversal (for 3-phase models only)

• ‘Anti-seize’ function in drainage mode

• Last 5 error log

BiANCO NXT IPROTECT has an audible alarm and a flashing screen to indicate an alarm state.
