Bianco nXt iPROTECT Protection Control Panel

Bianco iPROTECT is used to control three-phase pumps up to 4.0 KW and is suited for borehole, drainage, transfer and boosting in single pump applications.

The Bianco iPROTECT is suitable for “3-wire” PSC motors where the remote capacitor can be mounted inside the Bianco iPROTECT as well as 2-wire PSC motors with internal capacitor commonly found in surface mounted and submersible drainage single-phase pumps.

PRODUCT DETAILS

The BiANCO NXT IPROTECT is a module intended to control and protect a single pump. The user can select a control logic sequence to match their application and enjoy the benefits of superior control and protection for the pump.

There are 3 primary control logic modes

• ‘Drainage’ where control is concentrated at the source

• ‘Boosting’ which references pressure switching for control

• ‘Transfer’ which is a mix of source and destination control by digitally monitoring the running current, the response time of the BiANCO NXT IPROTECT is superior to traditional analogue overload methods.

PROTECTION FUNCTIONS

Alarm parameters are programmable and in some instances trip and recovery time settings can be altered.

• Over voltage

• Under voltage

• Dry Run (under current)

• Overload (over current)

• Pump stall

• Open phase

• Phase reversal (3 phase models only)

• ‘Anti-seize’ function in drainage mode

• Last 5 error log BiANCO NXT IPROTECT has an audible alarm and a flashing screen to indicate an active alarm state CONTROL INPUTS
