Description

The Davey 165D Deep Well Pressure Pump + 573 injector & 5" housing (three-phase model) is a rugged, high-performance jet-assisted pump system designed for drawing high-pressure water from the deepest bores in the Davey range for this model, specifically those with a minimum 5-inch casing. It is ideally suited for domestic, stock watering, or garden irrigation needs from significant depths. This system is rated to reach depths down to 42 metres.

• Rugged Construction: The pump body is made from marine-grade aluminium with a Rilsan® lining, providing high tensile strength and outstanding resistance to aggressive water and corrosion.
• Maximum Deep Well Performance: Utilises an injector (nozzle and venturi assembly) specifically designed for 5-inch bores to effectively draw water from the maximum depth possible for this pump, down to 42 metres with the 573 injector.
• Three-Phase Power: Equipped with a robust 1.8kW (technical data) 415V, 3-phase motor, suitable for demanding, continuous duty applications, common in agricultural or industrial settings.
• Automatic Operation: It is fitted with a pressure switch and pressure gauge as standard, allowing for easy conversion to automatic, hands-free operation for household or irrigation systems.
• Loss of Prime Protection: An Automatic Demand Response (ADR) valve is included to protect against the loss of prime from over-pumping, enhancing reliability and pump longevity.
• Versatile Installation: The pumping system can be used for "offset" installations where the pump needs to be located horizontally away from the water source.
• Optimised Flow Rate for Depth: Offers a maximum flow rate of up to 37 litres per minute when used with the 573 injector, a flow rate optimised for pumping from maximum depths.
