The Davey Injector Assembly 5" is a separate kit that contains the necessary nozzle and venturi components for use with the 95D, 125D, and 165D deep well pump units when installed in bores with a minimum 5-inch casing. The specific kit will vary based on the required depth and flow rate (e.g., 570, 571, 572, 573 injector models).

Injector Kit Details

The 5-inch specification refers to the minimum bore or well diameter required for the assembly's housing to fit correctly. Different injector kits are available to suit various depths and flow rates.

• Function: The injector creates a vacuum to draw water from the well, increasing pressure before it returns to the pump unit.
• Compatibility: These kits are designed to work with the Davey 95D, 125D, and 165D deep well pump models, allowing a single pump head to be used for different applications and depths (up to 42m).
• Material: The injector components are manufactured from quality, corrosion-resistant materials, often glass-filled polycarbonate or similar durable composites, while the housing is typically marine-grade aluminium with Rilsan® lining.
• Installation: The assembly is lowered into the bore via two pipes (drive and suction lines) and can be used in "offset"
• installations where the pump is located horizontally away from the well.
