The BiANCO NXT IPROTECT is a module intended to control and protect a single pump. The user can select a control logic sequence to match their application and enjoy the benefits of superior control and protection for the pump.

Supplied with a 16uF capacitor, the NXT IPROTECT 1-22 acts as a starter box ywhile providing control and protection to single phase ‘3 wire’ PSC tyre bore pump motors. The controller is prewired and the casing has internal space and a bracket to install the start capacitor inside the enclosure.

There are 3 primary control logic modes but the 2 modes
relevant to bore pump applications are

• ‘Boosting’ which references pressure switching for control
• ‘Transfer’ which is a mix of source and destination control

By digitally monitoring the running current, the response time of the BiANCO NXT IPROTECT is superior to traditional analogue overload methods.
Inbuilt run/stop timers make this the perfect solution for managing low yeilding bores

PROTECTION FUNCTIONS

Alarm parameters are programmable and in some instances trip and recovery time settings can be altered.

• Over voltage
• Under voltage
• Dry Run (under current)
• Overload (over current)
• Pump stall
• Open phase
• Phase reversal (3 phase models only)
• ‘Anti-seize’ function in drainage mode
• Last 5 error log

BiANCO NXT IPROTECT has an audible alarm and a flashing screen to indicate an alarm state

• Switched input - float, pressure switch, temperature switching
• Level probe (capacitance type probes)
